By participating in Bridgeway Gion Walking Tour clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Clients confirm that they are voluntarily participating in the walking tour and assume all risks related to such participation. Participation in the Bridgeway Gion Walking Tour is voluntary and based on the understanding that any decisions made or actions taken while on the Bridgeway Gion Walking Tour are the sole responsibility of the participant. Clients have the right to withdraw from the Bridgeway Gion Walking Tour at any time, with the understanding that refunds may be subject to the terms in the Statement of Commercial Disclosure found on the website.
株式会社 Bridgeway Communications Limited respects your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, and it will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Disclaimer of Liability:
Participants acknowledge that tours involve inherent risks of travel and physical activity. By participating, you accept all such risks and take sole responsibility for your own safety, health, and personal belongings. A non-exhaustive list of injury risks beyond the control of 株式会社 Bridgeway Communications Limited include the following:
- Various slipping or falling related injuries;
- Injuries associated with collision with other pedestrians or vehicles, and;
- Weather related injuries, including sunburn and heatstroke.
株式会社 Bridgeway Communications Limited assumes no liability or responsibility for any injury, loss, damage to person or property, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising from or caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of nature (weather, natural disasters);
- Traffic or road conditions;
- Mechanical issues with transportation;
- Acts of war, civil unrest, or terrorism;
- Changes or delays in transportation schedules, and;
- Liability for injury, loss, or damage to property will only arise if caused by our gross negligence.
We are not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate. You must take sole responsibility for your own medical conditions (if any) and you must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating.
株式会社 Bridgeway Communications Limited, its employees, volunteers, sub-contractors or agents will not be liable for any death or personal injury, or loss of or damage to property arising out of or in connection with the Client’s participation in the Walking tour unless that death, personal injury or loss of, or damage to property arises from negligence of 株式会社 Bridgeway Communications Limited, its employees, volunteers, sub-contractors or agents.
By paying for this tour you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions as a condition of your participation in this tour.
Rules:
Participants must comply with the following rules:
- You must follow any safety warnings and/or instructions displayed or given to you by a member of staff. Ask the walk-leader if you are unclear;
- Tours are for 1-5 people only. Anybody not named when the tour was booked will not be allowed to participate.
- Any person under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a person over 20 years of age at all times;
- You must not approach or talk to any members of the public while you are on the walking tour. If there is an emergency, or if someone approaches you, use your discretion and always behave with the utmost decorum;
- You must not participate if you under the influence of alcohol or other recreational drugs;
- You must at all times stay with your group and follow your walk-leader’s instructions. You must never stray away from the group;
- You must wear appropriate clothing and footwear;
- We may terminate a Participant’s involvement the activity (without refund) if they fail to comply with any of the above rules.
Punctuality: The walk-leader will wait for up to 30 minutes for clients to arrive after the schedules start time, but the allotted finish time, i.e. 2 ½ hours after the allotted start time, will be met regardless.
Changes and Cancellations by the Company: If for any reason the walk-leader is unable to carry out the tour, customers will notified as soon as possible by email and offered a different time slot for the tour or fully reimbursed.
Photos: Please ask the walk-leader before taking any photos because in some places it is forbidden to take photos, and also because some walk-leaders do not want their photo to be taken due to privacy reasons.
